i pasted a picture onto windows paint, edited it, and then saved it, and then when i went to put the picture on myspace, i browsed and then uploaded the picture, but the picture appeared tiny. so my question is how do u enlarge a picture using windows paint?

Is it small in the picture in paint? If not then you click on the 'Image' selection on the top of paint [on the File Edit View bar] and then click 'Stretch/Skew' and then type in a number over 100 [be sure to make both horizontal and vertical the same otherwise it will mess up the proportions]

And also, what you might be thinking is just the thumbnail for the picture. When you're on your MySpace pictures, click on the image you say is small but should be big.
